Ruby Cup Steriliser

The Ruby Cup Steriliser is a fantastic way to keep your menstrual cup clean and hygienic between your periods. It folds down for easy storage, is made with 100% food grade silicone and comes in a range of colours to match your cup. It's easy to use - fill to the rim with water, place your Ruby Cup inside so that it is completely covered, put the lid loosely on top and heat to sterilise. Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600-1000 watts or in the oven at 200° Celsius or 390° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

WARNING: Do not close the lid completely as this will cause steam to build up inside and water spill out. Be careful with the steriliser when removing from the oven or microwave as it will contain boiling water. Once it has cooled down, remove your Ruby Cup, ready to use for your next period.
